How to Settle a Stomach Naturally

An upset stomach can be a sign of medical problems such as irritable bowel syndrome, ulcers or Crohn's disease. More often, though, it's probably something you ate. Acidic fruits, alcoholic drinks, chocolate and fatty foods can cause an upset stomach by increasing the amount of acid in your stomach. Many over-the-counter treatments are available for an upset stomach, but natural herbal remedies may help ease or eliminate the problem.
