図>Place a bowl in your kitchen sink. Turn on the hot water and cold water until the temperature feels "warm" and fill the bowl half-way with the water.

温度計で水をテストします。 図>Test the temperature of the water in the bowl using the thermometer. The ideal temperature is around 85-95 degrees Fahrenheit. Adjust the temperature adding more hot or cold water to achieve the desired temperature.
